Quite Useful Weekly Roundup

This week we featured articles on marketing software, powerline ethernet, outsourcing search for your hosted blog, watching podcasts on your TV, and the Japanese concept of Wabi-Sabi.

Twitter/Delicious Highlights

We publish useful tips on twitter.com/quiteuseful and delicious.com/quiteuseful.

Developer

Game Salad looks like a good way for iPhone developers to get into game development.  It currently deploys to the web, but iPhone is on their roadmap.

Rails Searchable API is a redesign of the Rails API documentation.  It looks a lot better, and it makes it easier to find methods and classes.

RegExr is a handy tool for exploring regular expressions.

Social

Swattr tries to make Twitter more relevant to you by filtering out tweets you’re not interested in.

FanSnap looks like a good way to find tickets.  I’m not sure if it’ll end up being abused by scalpers, and it’s US-only, but I’d like to see more fan-to-fan ticket sales.
