And here are the choice cuts from our tweets.
Social

StreetWire shows info for your local area: http://www.streetwire.org. It’s currently UK based, which is cool for us because usually all these interesting local sites are US. They’re also working on an API, so expect to see some juicy widgets, iPhone apps and mashups.
ChirpCity aims to deliver local info based on city. It’s currently focused on the US, but shows content based on location rather than a simple text search. You can do this yourself by visiting search.twitter.com and searching for: near:"London, England" within:10mi
TumblrStats is a useful tool for looking up Tumblr account stats. It’s interesting exploring the more popular ones.

TinyChat is a web tool for creating quick and informal realtime chat rooms. It’s aimed the “twitter generation”, so perhaps it would be a useful tool when you want to expand on a conversation beyond Twitter without giving out IM/Skype account details.
Developer
This week Blackbaud Labs announced its Windows iPhone browser emulator. This is handy for Windows web developers who are working on iPhone sites.
We also linked to Sprockets which is a JavaScript dependency manager, and J which looks like a cool time saving tool for those of us who use the command line regularly.
